Has anyone read Twilight?

Points to Ponder.... This seems to be a really hot book right now.  What makes it so great? What is the meaning behind the apple on the book's cover? The Hunter's Moon by O.R. Melling:

 

This is a great one from the "Chronicles of Faerie" series.  Two Irish cousins one from the U.S. set out on a quest in Ireland to fine a magic doorway to the "Faraway Country" - otherwise known as the land of the fairies.  They both get caught inbetween two worlds as the fairy people lure them into danger. Lots of suspense in this modern, magical adventure.
